WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
FSS Undergraduates and graduates, i.e. students in bachelor‘s and master‘s degree programmes, who are not native speakers of English (or whose mother or father is not a native speaker).
HOW MANY CONTESTANTS: 10 altogether, 2 per institute
WHO NOMINATES THE CONTESTANTS?
